In the 2024 CommonWealth Magazine “USR University Citizenship” Survey, university governance and teaching commitment were combined and weighted equally alongside environmental sustainability and social responsibility, each accounting for one‑third of the total score. A new mechanism for inter‑university peer evaluation was also introduced to assess how universities fulfill their role as key contributors to society. In recognition of its comprehensive efforts across multiple USR initiatives, Feng Chia University ranked third among private universities.

At the 2024 Feng Chia Cup Men’s and Women’s Basketball and Volleyball Tournament, the Department of Economics, the Department of Mechanical and Computer-Aided Engineering, the Department of Electrical Engineering, and the Department of Environmental Engineering and Science claimed championship titles. It is hoped that the students will bring new vitality to the shoe industry.

The championship games of the 2024 First Feng Chia Cup “Jumping Shoes, Flying Youth” Basketball and Volleyball Tournament were held on March 29. In the men's and women's basketball and volleyball competitions, the Department of Economics, the Department of Mechanical and Computer-Aided Engineering, the Department of Electrical Engineering, and the Department of Environmental Engineering and Science claimed the championship titles, with each team receiving a prize of NT$36,000.

Feng Chia’s Brand Excellence: The College of Business Successfully Passes AACSB Accreditation for the Third Time

Feng Chia University applied for membership in the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) in 2006 and earned its initial accreditation on February 3, 2014, becoming the ninth institution in Taiwan—and the first in Central Taiwan—to receive AACSB accreditation. According to AACSB regulations, all accredited schools must undergo a Continuous Improvement Review (CIR) every five years. On November 7, AACSB announced that Feng Chia University’s College of Business has successfully passed its third accreditation review.

Feng Chia Actively Advances Bilingual Education: Three Colleges Selected as Key Development Colleges

On September 15, the Ministry of Education announced the second‑phase (Academic Years 2023–2025) results of the Bilingual Education Program for College Students. Three colleges at Feng Chia University—the International School of Technology and Management (NT$4 million), the College of Business (NT$5 million), and the School of Architecture (NT$4 million)—were selected as Key Development Colleges. Among comprehensive private universities, Feng Chia ranks among those with the highest number of selected colleges. Together with an additional NT$2.6 million university‑level allocation, the total subsidy amounts to NT$15.6 million.
