Product management no longer fits current business needs. These few years’ product design has been emphasized and highly related to branding in the practice. This course introduces not only from product management, development, and design to commercialize the end product but also how product features and target market related to pricing strategies accordingly in order to market a product successfully and eventually build up brand recognition. Additionally, analysis and understanding of dynamic external economy and industry changes must be considered to ensure developing and designing a winning product. Hopefully, management and design of products and pricing strategies in simulated practical operational settings can facilitate learning the subject.
